My #1 Stop For Staffing Needs

I’m so delighted with our partnership with STS Staffing. We do project-based work, so I have used my fair share of temporary staffing. Michelle and Paul’s communication is well beyond anything I have received from other companies. Follow-up is quick and concise and when a temporary staff didn’t work out, instead of just replacing them, Paul did a quick check-in to see if we needed to change who/what we were looking for. The emphasis was on do we have the right people, not just do we have the right number of people. That is huge for how we run our business.

The care they have for their employees is evident as well. Michelle personally did a safety check on the first day we had people starting. She made sure everyone had what they needed, and were going to be in a safe environment and she knew exactly what they were going to be doing.

I have only been using STS Staffing for a few months, but they are going to be my number one stop for my staffing needs going forward.

Matt and Melissa at STS Staffing were wonderful to work with. They were highly professional and truly listened and met our needs for certified candidates. They went above and beyond to provide us with ample resumes for quality candidates with a speedy turn around. Providing Quality Candidates

Over the past year, STS Staffing has been able to provide quality candidates when we needed assistance during our peak season. In midst of a pandemic, the flexibility and communication they have exhibited during a trying time for all of us, has separated them from other employee assistance companies. This level of service is why we will continue to use STS Staffing for our employee assistance needs.

Coast to coast, STS Staffing has always met our events’ staffing needs with both laborers and security personnel. Being an international go-kart racing series, our needs for temporary staffing are very unique. STS has taken the time to get to know our needs and work with us to develop a plan for temporary workers that fits our needs completely over the event. In addition to just providing personnel, STS’s on-site management made sure the assignments the workers were given were completed on-time and as we asked; this allowed me to focus our people on tasks that were more specific to our event. STS will be our staffing solution partner for the foreseeable future!

They get it right

I’ve experienced two sides of STS Staffing. First, as an applicant for a direct placement position and second, as a client. I easily migrated from one relationship to the next because I knew how they treated their employees, having been there; and that speaks volumes about how they represent themselves internally and externally to their clients and community. They get it right-time and time again. This goes for every level of the client experience – from first hand shake to invoicing. These are the people that I want to do business with, and continue to do business with! After ten years (wow!), I feel I’m a good judge of their character.

With the end of another successful year and the beginning of a new year already underway, I wanted to take the time to personally thank you and Team STS for helping Strom exceed our goals for 2016. While business is challenging in the current environment, our partnership with STS has proven invaluable in providing the edge we need to compete and be successful while making sure our clients continue to receive top rated service.

Choosing the right partner in these times is no easy task. Worthwhile partnerships transcend old models of price-only or alleged dollar advantage. today more than ever partnerships need to be flexible and communication between partners needs to be frequent and sincere. Extremely Important To Our Growth

GOLO, LLC has been working with STS Staffing and Temporary Services since March 1st, 2020. STS Staffing has been extremely important in our growth since opening up our Las Vegas distribution center. We are now up to 14 employees in our Las Vegas distribution center and 11 of them being STS temporary staff or direct hires through STS Staffing. From the beginning, Cindy Hagans and Tania Voskanian have taken the time to understand the type of candidate we are looking for at GOLO and have made perfect employee placements that have allowed our company to grow. Both Cindy and Tania are great to work with and are always quick to respond to our needs. As GOLO continues to grow in Las Vegas, I will continue to hire staff through STS Staffing.
